3 Things to Consider Regarding the Accuracy of your Mesa Medical Meter
1 year ago Posted in: Company Blog, Dialysis Meters Blog 0

  • To ensure accurate results and proper function of all parameters, the meter should be checked for accuracy daily.
  • A full calibration of your Mesa Medical meter should be performed periodically (monthly is suggested but it is ultimately up to the user).
  • Use the 4.0 and 10.0 pH buffers when performing a calibration on the pH circuit instead of only the 7.0 pH buffers. Using the 4.0 and 10.0 pH buffers ensure that the pH functions properly and will identify some issues that the 7.0 pH buffer alone may not be able to detect.

To find out more information about the use and service of your Mesa Medical Meters, please see our searchable FAQs here.
