Mesa Labs offers biological indicators including: Self-contained Biological Indicators (SCBI’s), spore strips, culture media, ProPACT for the System 1®, suspensions, specialty carriers, custom indicators, incubators, chemical indicators and integrators, and Bowie Dick (daily air removal type) test packs and sheets.
Mesa offers Steam, Dry Heat, and Ethylene Oxide (EO) D-value testing following USP recommended procedures. Mesa can inoculate your product and perform D-value analysis using one of our AAMI compliant BIER vessels and can verify another manufacturer’s claim for population and D-value/z-value using Spearman Karber (fraction negative) or Survivor Curve methods.

Incubator

Testing Services
Mesa offers D-value determinations, custom indicator development and a variety of BIER vessel testing services. Autoclave cycle validation, heat penetration studies and third party confirmation of BI label claims are also available.
