•  25 G. stearothermophilus¹ spore strips with a nominal population of 1.0 X 10⁵ cfu/strip.
• 25 test tubes (16mm x 75mm) modified Soybean Casein Digest broth (approximately 8ml fill) recovery media with Bromocresol Purple acid indicator.
• 2 plastic clips to hold strips in place during the cycle.
