ProSpore DH
ProSpore DH is a biological indicator (BI) specifically designed for Dry Heat sterilization and is uniquely suited for extremely high temperature processes. ProSpore DH won't char or introduce particulates as a paper strip might.

ProSpore DH gives you the ability to monitor longer, higher temperature dry heat sterilization cycles by offering a higher D-value than a traditional spore strip while providing the convenience of a hermetically sealed ampoule for ease of transport. ProSpore DH maintains its integrity in extreme dry heat environments and is the ideal BI for monitoring depyrogenation and other high temperature dry heat manufacturing processes.
ProSpore DH consists of 50 test units (ampoules) with Bacillus atrophaeus spores and 50 tubes of prepared culture media. After sterilization cycle, transport to laminar flow hood, snap the top off of the ampoule and pour contents into a tube of culture media and incubate at 37° ± 2° C for 96 hours.
